. WHAT IS INCREDIBLE? Impermanent means that nothing can last and last forever. Simply put, all things and phenomena in the world are constantly changing, changing and not staying in a single state. What is impermanence (illustration image of impermanence) Buddhism says that impermanence has to go through four main processes: Creation (Birth, formation) - Standing (Existence, activity) - Destruction. Wear and tear, aging) – None (Destroy, disappear) or Birth – Pillar – Diversion – Destruction. Humans too, no one can escape the law of Birth - Aging - Sickness - Death. Impermanence is an unchangeable fact, what really exists is the present moment. Because the present is the result of the past and the present is the source of the future. Impermanence becomes an important and central content of Buddhist teachings. The Buddha taught that, “Whatever is impermanent leads to suffering; So is the self." Observing, perceiving, understanding impermanence to find the right therapy to help people truly liberate themselves from this process of impermanence, suffering, and not-self. 2. WHAT IS Impermanent Mind? The mind of impermanence is the mind that is always changing, sometimes happy and sometimes sad. We often think that messy, miscellaneous thoughts are our mind, but in reality it is just a false mind, not a true mind. Also because it is an illusion, an illusion is not real, so it is also governed and affected by the law of impermanence. What is impermanence (Illustration image of the mind of impermanence) Everyone's mind changes rapidly under the influence and influence of external environments such as people and society. One minute, we still feel happy, loving life, but the next moment we are sad, depressed about this and that. Some people think that impermanence makes us pessimistic and lose valuable things. So what is our purpose and motivation in life? If we look at it from another angle, we will see that impermanence is a salvation. Today is a boring day but with impermanence tomorrow could be a beautiful day. Is it good or bad sometimes depends on the perspective and thinking of each person. Reality sometimes doesn't match our thinking and experience sometimes doesn't correspond to the true nature of the universe. 3. BUDDHA'S TEACHINGS ABOUT LIFE Impermanent Contemplation of the mind of impermanence is the same. Buddhist studies, from the point of view of human values of religion, perceive the five aggregates (form, feeling, perception, mental formations, consciousness), impermanent formations as suffering. The Abhidharma Sutra, number 437, states: “Since all formations are dharmas that change, Therefore, I say that as long as there is a feeling, it is all suffering." What is impermanence? Feelings are our feelings and sensations. In short, there are three: painful feelings, happy feelings, and neutral feelings (no pain or no joy). All these sensations are impermanent, always changing. Obviously, no one is happy all the time and no one is suffering forever. Our life is a long series of joys and sorrows, alternating between suffering and happiness. All passed quietly. Our mind is always changing, in every moment of birth and death. Because things are constantly changing, things cannot maintain their absolute identity. Impermanence is therefore another name for no-self. In terms of time, things are impermanent, in terms of space, things are not-self. Impermanent also means formless (also known as Emptiness) because the reality of all things is beyond all concepts and words. Impermanence is also Dependent Origination, everything is dependent on each other to arise and exist. The Abhidhamma Sutra states: “Form is impermanent. 4. MEANING OF THE Impermanent Philosophy for Life Understanding and practicing living according to the law of impermanence, we will be aware that the present moment and the things we have are precious, need to be cherished, preserve and nurture. Besides, we also avoid the state of depression and despair when we see that the present is not going as we want, everything is infinite, so tomorrow there will be a change and transformation. When we know that everything is impermanent, we will maintain a calm and peaceful state of mind in the face of changing unexpected situations, with separation, emotionally or physically distant. Humans also maintain the mind, eliminate craving, lust, do not fall into trivial, temporary vulgar things but find true joy in the soul, true happiness.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.28/9/2022.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
